  Place the items in their original packaging or a similar sustainable mailer, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
